SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery times and costs depend on your location:

  • Lagos & Abuja (Express): 2–4 business days
  • Other Southwest & Southeast states: 4–7 business days
  • North & far locations: 7–12 business days

Important notes:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and delivery location.
  • We use reliable local logistics partners. Tracking link is sent via email/SMS once dispatched.
  • During peak periods (Black Friday, festive seasons, new drops) delivery may take longer — we’ll keep you updated.
  • Wrong/incomplete address may cause delays or extra fees — double-check before placing order.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund (minus any transaction fees already incurred).

After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled — but you may still return items after delivery following our return policy below.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible reasons:

  • Wrong size delivered (does not match what you ordered)
  • Manufacturing defect / damaged item
  • Wrong item / color shipped

Non-returnable / non-exchangeable items:

  • Final sale / discounted / clearance items
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, customized products
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, missing tags/labels
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days with order number + photos of the issue
  2. Approval usually within 24–48 hours
  3. Ship item back to us (you pay return shipping unless item is faulty/wrong)
  4. Once received and inspected, we issue exchange (new item sent) or refund

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Full refund = product price + original shipping fee (only if return is due to our error: wrong item/size/defect)
  • Exchange = free replacement (you pay return shipping if not our fault)
  • Store credit = full amount (valid 6 months, non-refundable later)
  • Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless product is faulty or incorrect

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
